Simply browse our collection, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete.

How does the multiple item discount work?

Add 5 or more items to your cart and you'll automatically receive 20% off your entire order at checkout - no code needed! Mix and match any pins, stickers, or patches.

Can I mix different product types for the bulk discount?

Absolutely! You can combine enamel pins, stickers, and iron-on patches to reach the 5-item minimum for your 20% discount.

 

Shipping & Delivery

How is the Canada Post strike affecting my order?

Current Status: Due to the ongoing Canada Post labor disruption, we're experiencing shipping delays for orders within Canada. We're actively using alternative carriers (Chitchats, UPS, FedEx, Purolator) when possible to minimize delays.

What are your shipping rates and free shipping thresholds?

Free Shipping:
• Canada: Orders $50+ ship free
• US & International: Orders $80+ ship free
Orders below these amounts have standard shipping rates applied at checkout.

How long does shipping take?

During Canada Post Strike: Alternative carriers typically take 2-5 business days within Canada, 3-7 days to the US, and 7-14 days internationally. We'll update you with tracking information when available, as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! International orders qualify for free shipping at $80+. Delivery typically takes 7-14 business days, and additional customs fees may apply depending on your country.

How can I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. The carrier may vary due to Canada Post disruptions, so check the email for specific tracking instructions.

Product Care & Application

How do I apply iron-on patches?

Place the patch on your fabric, cover with a thin cloth, and iron on high heat for 15-30 seconds. Press firmly and let cool. For best results, avoid stretchy fabrics and wash inside-out in cold water.

Are your enamel pins durable?

Yes! Our enamel pins are made with high-quality materials and secure backing clasps. They're designed to withstand regular wear on jackets, bags, and accessories.

Can I remove and reposition stickers?

Our vinyl stickers are designed for permanent application. While they may come off with effort, they're not intended to be repositioned and may lose adhesion if removed.

 

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in original, unused condition. Due to hygiene reasons, items that have been applied or worn cannot be returned.

How do I return an item during the Canada Post strike?

What if my item arrives damaged?
