Refund policy

If you are unhappy with your order please let us know. We want to make sure that you love the product and 100% satisfied with them.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.  Please make sure the return address is correct as we are not responsible for any wrong delivery. Also to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and unused.

Please note that there is no refund for the digital print items due to the nature of the products.

To start a return, you can contact us at ripplesplashstudio@gmail.com. We will let you know the next steps to take. Unfortunately, we are not able to cover the return shipping fees.  All returned items must be in the original condition.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. The shipping cost is non-refundable.

 

 

 

 

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
